Do you ship your products outside of Georgia?
No, at this moment, we only offer catering services in the Metro Atlanta area.

Do you provide alcohol and bar services?
No, we do not provide alcohol, but we can provide all of the necessary items to serve drinks from a bar such as glassware, mixers, garnishes, etc. We can also recommend resources near your event for you to purchase wine, beer and the alcohol of your choice.

How far in advance do I need to place a catering order or book event planning services?
Sooner is always better! For catering orders, preparation time will depend on the items being ordered. For event planning, the type of event and size will dictate how much planning is needed but a general suggestion is 3 – 6 months. Please use the Consultations & Quotes form to provide more information for a personalized and more exact timeframe.

How do I start the process?
You can begin by calling or e-mailing us (contact information below), or complete the Consultations & Quotes form. Once received, someone will contact you within 48 hours to discuss event details, menu preferences and desired budget . After the consult, we will prepare a proposal for your review and approval.  After you have approved our proposal, we will require a signed contract (for event planning & larger catering orders) and deposit.

Are your menu items gluten-free?
Although our standard menu items are not gluten-free, we do try to accommodate modifications for common allergens / food restrictions (including vegetarian, gluten-free, etc).

Can I cancel a catering order?
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the delivery / pick-up date, will receive a refund of the total payment less the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 4 – 6 days will incur a 25% fee. Cancellations made within 3 days may not receive a refund.
